I've broken down the next week's tasks as I rapidly prototype my stealth level. Here's the plan for the week:

Saturday
micro gdd
asset list
research level design for stealth
level blockout

Sunday
core systems, including UI/splash screen
core features list

Monday
implement
Tuesday
take a pass at art dressing and lighting

Wednesday
q&a the piece
add rudimentary sound if possible

Thursday
add any non-core features I might have time for at the end
compile and submit
